So good! A classic, simple chicken picatta recipe. Make sure to let the chicken brown well - the full three minutes on each side for sure - because it adds a lovely depth to the pan sauce. I served this over mashed potatoes which isn't very classic but IS delicious! "

So good! If pumpkin pancakes are a fall tradition, these should be the go-to for spring. After the first griddle full, I added a bit more flour and made them smaller so that they turned more easily, but this a great recipe. "

Fine flavor but it really is remarkably dry - even the hot fudge on top couldn't save it. The shortening seems like an odd choice and maybe that contributes to the texture. I tossed half the cake and won't be wasting time or ingredients on this one again. "
