Made this recipe the morning after Thanksgiving, using leftovers. Subsituted the bell pepper & potatoes for leftover roasted herbed veggies. That meant I didn't need to season the frittata with any additional herbs or salt either. It hit the spot with young an old alike. Big hit. Great base recipe to work from."

Reviewed Chicken Divan Tonight, Chicken Tetrazzini Next Week

Made the Chicken Divan. The dish itself was very tasty, but like other reviewers, I found the sauce to be much too watery after returning the chicken broth to the pan. It turned out to be more of a Chicken Divan Soup, although still yummy. Next time, I plan to add only as much broth as necessary to make a nice thick sauce."
