Reviewed Rosemary Roasted Cashews

"I've prepared this several times before from her recipe in "Barefoot in Paris" but I didn't have my cookbook handy yesterday so I printed the recipe from this website. However, the nuts burned up! I found my cookbook and compared, and the recipe on FoodNetwork says to heat them for 10 minutes at 375, but the cookbook says to heat 5 minutes at 350. I threw the first batch away and prepared a new batch at 350 for 5 minutes and they were as perfect as always.
