This also works beautiully as a stuffing for thick boneless pork chops seasoned with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and seasoned salt, then grilled on the grill. Jusr don't overdo the pork and let it rest for at least 5 minutes. Any really good mustard or salsa works as a dipper for the meat."
