Reviewed Flat Iron Steak with Red Wine Sauce

Mmmmmmmm..... Made this twice now and both times it was great. I did note that the kind of wine you use makes a big difference. Use a dry red with lots of strong flavor. Also 10 min of simmering the sauce did not reduce it by half. So forget the 10 minutes and simmer till it is truly 1/2 gone and it has thickened."
