"I doubled the recipe, using 2 cans of salmon and the whole can of sweetened condensed milk. Three of us liked the patties, two thought it was way too sweet and wouldn't even finish it. I also noticed that it needed quite a bit more breadcrumbs, and perhaps an egg next time to bind it. Served it with celery and carrot curried couscous, which helped"
