"Truly a delicious sandwich and concept. Works will any rustic bread and "smelly" cheese. Have made the fig spread with fresh figs and with dried fig. Both were outstanding. Tried the same concept using fried dates and it was also very good. Mix and match your meats, cheeses, breads and spreads. A real winner!""
