About Me
I am retired meat cutter and have a ranch in the gold country of N. California. We are very rural. We have chickens and livestock and a huge garden, just all for hobby. We live 10 miles from the closest grocery store, so have to make a thorough grocery list before we go shopping. My wife is a pharmacist and works 35 miles away. I do all the cooking and love to can. I can our own ketchup, pickles vegetables and fruits. Nothing better than home canning.
I Think the Food Network is the greatest and gives me alot of ideas.
