Pasta: Any way; Chowders; Enchiladas; Hot Dogs ( I know they are horrible but I LOVE them....); Homemade Chinese style/Thai. I love to cook foods that challenge me and I like to experiment with food presentation. At get togethers with friends, even casual ones, I'm always teased that I have to make everything look "pretty" before serving it!
