"Great recipe and very easy to make too. I used scallops, shrimp and red snapper and marinated it overnight. Reviewed Bacon-Jalapeno Stuffing

"I made this for the first time for Thanksgiving last night and everyone who likes spicy foods loved it. I was hoping to bring home some leftovers but there was none. I added a second jalapeno and added extra bacon to make it a total of 1/2 pound of bacon. This is a great recipe which will be at all of our holiday meals. Thanks food Network! ""

"It was excellent. I have made it twice in the last week for family gatherings and it will be our new go to mac and cheese recipe. the second time I added 1 cup more of the half and half to make it creamier, added a little more white pepper, and 1 tsp of yellow mustard powder to give it a little more pop. Thank you Emeril for a great recipe.""

Reviewed City Ham

"The easiest and best ham recipe you will ever find. Thank you Alton for sharing your Grandmother's recipe with us. Just follow the recipe exactly as written ande you will have no problems. As with the video, I placed an old dish towel underneath the ham and the cleanup was quick and easy. We made this for Thanksgiving dinner to go along with the turkey and this was by far the hit of the evening. This was the juciest ham I have ever made, there was not one dry piece anywhere on the ham. Even those who are not too fond of ham gobbled it up after hearing everyone else rave about the ham. When I told everyone this was an Alton Brown recipe, no one was suprised at why it was so good.
