As usual with most recipes on Food Network, When they say 10 minute prep, that usually means 30 minutes or more.. I guess their prep time starts when everything has been gotten out of cupboards fridge etc. then measured and set aside. Other than that, wife liked it, me not so much.

I made these for dinner last night, they were easy and vert tasty. Couldn't find any double cloucester cheese so I used a Havarti....Rather then melt butter and put the potatoes in I just rubbed softened butter around the potato leaving it thick on top so it could melt down between the slices..."

I made this for a Christmas give away. I think it tasted good but have a couple issues. When boiling the mixture, it seem to set at about 210 degrees for a long time before it went up to 305. The second issue, it seems to stick to the teeth more than I think it should....

This took at least double the time to cook than the recipe states. I wonder if anyone actually tests these recipes before they are posted? This isn't the first or fourth recipe I've tried that went terribly awry due to something wrong in the recipe.
