"The ground chicken was an interesting approach for light fare for dinner. The flavors of the ingredients were an interesting combination. I followed the recipe however I marinated the red onions with Mung Bean Sprouts for extra crunchiness. Nice to try for something new, light and healthy.
"The preparation was simple and the taste very good. I made mine with Quinoa with a splash of the lemon and butter from the fish. This gave a greater texture difference than Orzo. I also used a stove top grill which I am sure is not quite as tasty. I am surprized that there wasn't a little more herbs which I would add next time. Overall a simple and tasty Tilapia recipe and loved the capers.

"This was a quick and simple recipe. I used thighs to give meatiness to the recipe. These take about 10 minutes longer to cook than the recipe specifies. I also used panko crumbs instead of flour and added fresh ground pepper as well. They were nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. A very quick method for a tasty quick meal.

I am passionate about food and enything connected to the culinary arts. I am attemting to make a career in the food industry.
I like foods from other countries especially the middle east. Therefore, I cook them as much as possible, however most other people don't understand this cuisine. Italian is everyone's favorite and I like to make homemade pasta.
