Reviewed Roasted Chicken with Balsamic Vinaigrette
"Very good! I used juice from a squeezed orange as I did not have any lemons... also I only roasted chicken for 35 minutes - 1 hour is too long in a regular uncovered roasting pan. I did return pan drippings to pan to try to reduce. It did thicken up a little but was not super thick. It was very moist and very good. I will make this again.
Reviewed Blueberry Coffee Cake
"Wonderful! I made as recipe called except I used regular wheat flour (instead of pastry wheat and one container of plain Dannon yogurt which it 6oz. Very yummy. Sweet but not too sweet. I agree that the batter is thick and somewhat challenging to spread (especially the 2nd/top layer. The top looked perfect with a few blueberries from the middle layer peeking through. Excellent and I will make it again. I put leftovers in the refrigerator and plan to have some for breakfast!

Reviewed Ravioli with Balsamic Brown Butter
"VERY good! I made with meat filled ravioli - quick, easy, very tasty! The nuts were great on top! I will make this again for sure.
Reviewed Macaroni and 4 Cheeses
"We have a big family that loves mac and cheese but I wanted to make something healthier. I scoured this recipe and reviews and made it but used ONE 14 OZ PACKAGE of squash. It was very good. Super cheesy, like velveeta? Nope. Great as a healthier version of a side dish? Yes. My 2 oldest (11 and 14 liked it. My little ones (7 and 10 knew something was different (the squash, of course and turned up their noses. I liked it a lot and had leftovers the next 2 days with my lunch.
