Reviewed Potato-Crusted Pork Chops with Pesto Sauce

Yes this is a good easy tasty recipe...(can be used for nicer dinner) few changes just because of what I had on hand... I don't grow marjoram in my herb garden so I used oregano and lemon thyme as my herbs for the crust

Also, for the sauce because it is lighter in calories and I had some, I use plain greek yogurt, added lemon zest...

I like the simplicity of this but I too spiced it up a bit, First Not Instant Grits! Grits that cook in 5 minutes SOOO much better and what's 5 minutes... ?
Chicken stock for cooking the grits and finish with 2-3 tablespoons of heavy cream not butter
and generous amount fresh grated parmesan cheese... creamy
For shrimp...

Tasty... left off chorizo and changed rice to brown rice (adjust cooking time), changed Chicken stock to vegi stock... Perfect vegetarian meal! So good, rather easy and nice to do with red, orange and yellow bell peppers, makes kids happy ""
