Reviewed Gina's Turkey Meatloaf
"This was a fabulous recipe; so good my husband was still talking about it the next morning. Used 93% lean turkey, reduced fat blue cheese crumbles and accidentally forgot the egg! and it held together just fine.
I made 6 individual meatloaves and cooked for 1 hour.
Two suggestions - I would reduce the blue cheese to 4-5 oz. and use a can of tomato sauce mixed with a can of petite diced tomatoes (about 2 cups) so there is more sauce for topping the loaves.
This recipe is a certain family favorite.
