"Love Love Love this!!! By far the best meatloaf recipe I've tried, and that's saying a lot! I add a bit of brown sugar to the ketchup topping, but that's the only change I made. I like the topping to caramelize personally. Kudos to Ina, she's tweaked and perfected an American tradition.
