Reviewed Cranberry Sauce
"Gotta love Alton Brown, the grand master of recipes. I have never tried to make cranberry sauce before, I always went with the canned cranberries. This year we tried the recipe, my 7 and 8 year old's helped. It was amazing! It looks awesome. We smashed some of the cranberries while they were cooking in the pot and it turned out great. We added some raisins and crushed walnuts to the bowl after the cranberries cooked!
About Me
I absolutley love to cook, it is therapy for me. My children love to help me in the kitchen and I find that they learn so much from fractions from the measurments, to science when pectin works! Cooking is a family event in our house.
Favorite Foods
My favorite foods have to be salmon, cooked in various ways. Fish taco's are also great when you can make a delicious red cabbage relish. Oh, and desert, my kids love cookies and cakes that we can experiment with.
