Reviewed Chicken Parmesan

"I think this was the best chicken parm I've ever had. I had to make some alterations because I like a lot of flavor in my sauce but the recipe is spot on. I used more basil, dry oregano and parsley than it calls for. I also added a capful of red wine vinegar and a few large pinches of sugar to balance out the taste. A pinch of red pepper flake""

Reviewed Grilled New Potato Salad with Peppers and Onions

"This recipe is as good as it sounds! I loved it and wish I made more actually. The only things I tweaked were using balsamic vin instead of sherry vinegar, a half cup of oil and added some sugar to the mixture (it needed it and balanced out the vinegar taste well.) I also added some fresh dill and a little sauteed garlic. This is going in a re""

Reviewed Chicken Fried Steak with White Gravy

"This buttermilk batter is SO GOOD. I can't wait to try it with chicken. The white gravy is great too but I did as another person suggested and added chicken stock to it because my rue was too think and an oatmeal consistency at first. More whole milk and the stock was perfect and added a great flavor to it. It's a very filling meal so I suggest not having mashed potatoes with it and opt for roasted asparagus and a small salad instead. This way the whole meal isn't as dense as mine was. Great recipe though, really.

Reviewed Sunday Sauce with Meatballs

"This was unbelievable! I followed it almost exactly and was everything I was hoping for. The only change I made was I substituted red wine vinegar for the red wine since I can't have any. I liked the flavor it added but the acidity was too much so I had to cut it with some sugar. I've been craving an Italian meal from scratch and have never tried to make sauce before. Needless to say, my family loved it and there will be plenty for leftover meals : I can't say enough about this recipe... the pork was delicious, so tender. I don't even really like pork either so that's saying a lot. Great job Tony!

Reviewed Chicken Piccata

"This recipe is dead on. I love chicken piccata at restaurants but since I've started making this one no one in my family has had a better version than this. Go easy on the lemon juice though... sometimes I get a little carried away with it.
