Reviewed Chicken Parmesan

Mar 6, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I think this was the best chicken parm I've ever had. I had to make some alterations because I like a lot of flavor in my sauce but the recipe is spot on. I used more basil, dry oregano and parsley than it calls for. I also added a capful of red wine vinegar and a few large pinches of sugar to balance out the taste. A pinch of red pepper flak...

This recipe is as good as it sounds! I loved it and wish I made more actually. The only things I tweaked were using balsamic vin instead of sherry vinegar, a half cup of oil and added some sugar to the mixture (it needed it and balanced out the vinegar taste well.) Reviewed Chicken Fried Steak with White Gravy

Reviewed Chicken Piccata

Nov 22, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on Food Network

This recipe is dead on. I love chicken piccata at restaurants but since I've started making this one no one in my family has had a better version than this. Go easy on the lemon juice though... sometimes I get a little carried away with it.
