Reviewed Sunny's Fire Cracker Cole Slaw

Nov 25, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Made this as a side dish for thanksgiving and it was a crowd pleaser! I did half the recipe since we didn't have 15-18 people to serve. My father, who is a very picky eater had two portions of it! I think the mixture of sweet with spice is what makes this coleslaw stand out from any others, not to mention the beautiful colors. Definitely a ke...

I made this as an app to bring to my mother's for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it but I did some changes. I left rind on and didn't have any weird flavors as another post mentioned. I did less than the 8 oz, more like 5 to fit into the puff pastry sheet. I also added to the sauteed walnuts dried cranberries, golden raisins and dried apricots....

Made it this morning for brunch and it was very delicious. Due to all the comments I read, I did not use the measurements listed in the recipe. I eyeballed the flour and milk until I felt I had a good consistency. Definitely an inexpensive and quick recipe that will be used again!""

This is a great go too soup recipe that is very healthy, fast and easy to make! The only difference I did was I added Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles, since that was what I had in my cupboard. It definitely gave it a nice kick, so I believe from now on I will continue to make it this way!"

I'm not a big dessert person so when I do get an urge I like to find simple and quick. I came across this one and am very glad. It was ridiculously easy and soooo tasty! Definitely a go to dessert recipe!"

My fiance and I definitely enjoyed this recipe! Thankfully he was there to help me with all the chopping because there is a lot! But it definitely is well worth it in the end. I love casseroles because of the amount you have leftover! I was afraid of the 2 jalapenos but followed and it wasn't bad. My fiance added more hot sauce to his plate....
