Reviewed Double Apple Mojito
"Loved it. Perfect way to use up a couple of those apples we picked! I wanted to note too that instead of using a sugar/water simple syrup, since I am a beekeeper I nuked a couple tablespoons of water (not to boiling, just hot to the touch) and added a similar amount of honey to it and stirred to make a honey simple syrup. I then used that to make the mojito.
