About Me
Like a lot of others, I am a busy working mom. I have a house full of boys who love sports and have busy schedules also. With my work schedule and commute dinner isn't ready until 7:30 most nights. I am looking for easy, fast, healthier recipes that will wow my guys! I also want to start baking and coming up with recipes for cupcakes. You can really be creative with cupcakes and they are the perfect portion size!
