"I have had great success with Rachael's dishes, but this one just didn't do it for me. Bacon should be cooked slow and shrimp cooks pretty fast so the method doesn't work. And when said and done, the flavors are not interesting. "
Reviewed Smothered Pork Chops
"I don't think the measurement quantities work well and although the chops came out tender, there is not much flavor going on here. Impressive video, but it just didn't satisfy. I wouldn't do this one again."
