The noodles would be better cooked according to the package instructions and using the broth packet that comes with the soup, otherwise the broth is pretty tasteless. The beef was also tasteless. Red Velvet cake never had any taste, I've never understood people's fascination with this cake other than it is bright red. Given that, this recipe was the worst I've ever tried! The cake didn't rise and although it was moist, it was almost too moist, kind of even wet. Nobody ate it!
