"Holy Balls! If you are looking for a can't fail, best ever, tasty Prime Rib than look no further. I have made this 3 times now and each time it has come out to perfection and impressed my guests to great lengths. I roast mine on aromatics of onion, carrots and parsnips, which was how this was originally presented in his cookbook. YUMMY! ""
