'hot pan cold oil = food doesn't stick' ~ a helpful tip. Get your pan very hot before adding the oil and the meatballs won't stick :-)

Delicious! Doubled the recipe. Family loved it, son has requested I make it weekly. Added a smidge of cayenne pepper to meatballs and used chicken stock instead of chicken broth.

Terrible Recipe!!! No rising time instructions post rolling. Oven temperature WAY TOO HIGH! Cooking time: WAY TOO LONG. Set off smoke alarms...tasted like bricks.....nasty. Bad job Guy!
