"My family loves this sub. I have made it for work and parties at home. When I make the meat I cook in the crock-pot. i PUT IT in the night before rotate it before I go to bed. When I wake up I take it out and it just falls apart. I have used all sorts of cuts of pork. Then I just let everyone make their own sandwich. I tried it once in the oven with Chicken.. that was ok but my kids like the pork the best. Thanks Guy for the Recipe.
About Me
I love to cook and try new recipes. spending time with my family is a biggie for me. I was with my company for 22years when they decided to close the plant down. I was not upset there was nothing I could do about it and I looked at it as this was my chance to do something new in life. when my family falls in love with something I cooked it inspires me to cook even more.
Favorite Foods
I don't really have a favorite food to cook. as far as something I am famous for cooking I would have to say my cole slaw and that is not even cooking. that is just measuring and mixing. That is what I get asked to make every time we go to a party or family gathering. I don't have a favorite restaurant.
