Very moist cake. I didn't have a scale so I converted everything to a volume measurement. I also made a few substitutions since I didn't have cake flour or Dutch process cocoa. Here's the ingredient list WITH the substitutions I made:

Cake:
Non-stick Spray
Boiling Water = 1 cup
Dutch process cocoa = 6...
