Reviewed Chicken Croquettes with Creole Sauce
"Fantastic! This is one of those recipes where you don't need all the ingredients if you don't have them on hand. I didn't even need to grocery shop, I had almost everything in my fridge/pantry. I used crushed Ritz crackers for the breadcrumbs, Miracle Whip for the mayo, and I didn't have any bell pepper or Worcestershire sauce. Still amazing. ""
