"The new issue of the magazine came today and this recipe looked perfect for dinner. It tasted amazing! I used a little sage instead of thyme (just didn't have any), and used horseradish mustard instead of dijon. You can cut down the cheese and the panko to 1/2 cup each because I had lots left over.
