"I used peach preserves because it's what I had on hand, and was able to make these without a trip to the store. All I can say, is WOW! They were really good, nice and chewy. Definitely will make them again and again and maybe change the preserve flavor. This recipe would be good for a bake sale or potluck item as well as a hike/picnic snack."
