Reviewed Sour Cream Muffins
"I think the key to these turning out so good is first use a MINI muffin pan NOT a traditional pan. When I first read the recipe I over looked that and almost made the mistake of using a regular muffin pan. These are biscuts NOT muffins, so the title is misleading but they are still awesome. Second do no over mix. Like Jupsych said, fold the flour "
Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast
"Part 2: The Prime Rib came out perfect! The timing was just right for a 10 lb. roast Although when we came back from church the internal temperature was at 130. I turned the oven back on for about 45 minutes until the temp went to 140 perfect for medium rare wtih the outer areas at medium. Husband loved it. Best prime rib recipe I've tried and it "

Reviewed Delilah's 7 Cheese Mac and Cheese
"I'm just settling down to watch the Coca-Cola 600 Nascar race after spending the day making this dish on this Memorial Day Sunday. Talk about the perfect compliment to some great ribs and lots of white wine.....but seriously, this was an awesome dish. If you think it's going to be anything like Mac and Cheese in a box, you will be very pleasantly "

"I have been baking these cookies for Christmas since I was a little girl and my mom found them in her original Better Homes and Garden cookbook. When the new cookbook came out, my mom threw the old one out thinking all the same recipes would be there...but they weren't including this one! I searched for years looking for it and finally found the co..."

"Good recipe for a base, but so many modifications by so many people that the recipe is almost unrecognizable. I used a cup of orange juice along with the zest of one orange and used organic blue agave instead of sugar. After taking the sauce off the heat, I added the two cinnamon sticks. Refrigerate over night and removed the cinnamon sticks befor"
About Me
I am the daughter of Bajans (Barbados natives) currently living in Montana. I have always been a lover of cooking since the age of nine. My mother and father taught me well. I am an Independent Consultant for Arbonne International (a Swiss based botanical formulation of skin care products). I truely believe people need to get back in the kitchen and create great meals for themselves and their families. Fast food isn't the answer. There is no excuse for not knowing how to make your own meals with a grocery store just about on every corner and appliances that make cooking a snap.My husband Art is my inspiration to creating great meals....HE LOVES TO EAT!
Favorite Foods
Just about everything! But, seriously, I love a great steak and a bottle of red wine. I also love pizza (Note: If there is a Costco in your town check out their take home and back pizzas. You can't beat the $9.99 price for a very large pizza!)
I am known for my Texas ribs and serious just about anything else. If there is a recipe, I can make it. I've been at it for 45 years! If I had to pick a restauant as my favorite,I would have to say any thing Chinese or Italian.
