It may not have been your oven temperature, but you must use a covered roaster. Foil should not be used as the cover.

This is exactly what I do christineh2. I purchase a package of turkey wings and roast them the night before Thanksgiving with added broth and aromatics so I have those pan juices to make the gravy. That way there is no worry and hassle about getting the gravy done from the roasted turkey juices just in case there aren't any.

I watched the episode and she mentioned that the oil should be 365-degrees and put a few strips in at a time. Depending upon how big the tenders are, they should be watched because 1 1/2 minutes on each side would be good for small tenders; longer for larger tenders."

Poppy Seed Noodles is a traditional Hungarian dish that both my grandmas made. The poppy seed was ground first and then added to buttered noodles. You don't really have to add too much butter to the noodles because we always topped it with a drizzle of honey. Brings back great memories of my grandma's cooking!"

Excellent! The written recipe to bake the potatoes is a little different than what Jamie did on the show. Each potato was washed and dried, placed on a square of foil and then drizzled with oil. Sprinkle with kosher salt and wrap the potatoes in the foil before baking. These are amazing!"
