Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast
"Oh my gosh!!! This was amazing! I pretty much followed to a T, except added a extra "house seasoning" and since we were at Christmas eve service at our church, it stayed in the "turned off" oven a little longer than 3 hours.
