“Good flavors, but the cookies themselves break far too easily when trying to remove them from the baking sheet. I cut them to the right thickness (I even measured!). I'm not sure what tweak they need to stay together better, but it might take just using a shortbread recipe and then adding the spices.”

“Surprisingly, they aren't as sweet as I thought they would be. I think it might also have to do with using whole wheat flour, so the bit of bitterness of the flour comes through. I'll try them again with plain flour and see how they do then.

“This is a really good meal! I resisted the temptation to add more seasonings and I'm actually glad I did. The flavors are very clean and blend together well. The kale is sweet and the freshness of the cilantro is nice. I used the entire chile, seeds and all, and it's not too hot. Will definitely make it again.”

“Loved the flavors and didn't miss the cream at all. Cooking and prep time was accurate.
I didn't think the squash would be cooked in just 5 minutes, so I scooted it to the back of the pan while I added the other ingredients. It turned out to be a good move.
This recipe made a lot, so I have leftovers, :)”
