Reviewed chocolate-strawberry crepes

Feb 11, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Just Okay. I'm usually able to make crepes just fine...but these...not so much. I doubled the batter and ruined the first five or six crepes. Although, I liked the way the crepes tasted. The filling was yummy too, however I have to admit I used cream cheese instead of mascarpone.

You should definitely make this recipe! It is so good! I followed the directions exactly, and it turned out wonderfully! I made the parmesan cups, and it really made the already good salad, great! And the cups aren't that difficult to make. Of course it's important to use fresh parm (not the shaky cheese), and I actually used parchment paper,"

Super great, and actually pretty easy to make. I followed almost all of the directions, except I used a regular muffin tin instead of mini and I did a modified water-bath. I put a pan of water on the rack under the muffin tin...I don't really know if that helped it, but the cheesecakes came out just fine. I didn't see "chocolate wafers" at the "

Great recipe. I didn't cook it exactly as described, because I had skinless salmon. But the panko mixture was yummy! We will make it again."

I love tomato and basil together, but I wasn't sure how this would turn out. But it was sooo good! One of my favorite dishes! I used onions instead of shallots (because that's what I had on hand), and the bread I used was leftover homemade french bread with garlic. It was sooo good! Definitely a must try, if you haven't already!"

Excellent! I always love the combination of tomato and basil! I make mine exactly as the recipe says, except I sometimes omit the thyme. (Thyme can overpower a dish really quickly and I don't love the flavor). And I throw mine through a blender, which makes it slightly thick. It can definitely be a soup, but my husband prefers it as a pasta s"

Excellent! Definitely a keeper. We just moved and didn't have many groceries in the house. I needed something yummy that didn't require a lot of ingredients. I stumbled on this recipe and thought I'd give it a try, and I'm sure glad I did. It's so simple and easy to make. Oh and I used beef instead of turkey because that was all I had on han"
