"a very nice cheese spread. overall, a great way to liven up a dinner bread.I used ciabatta rolls instead of french loaf since that is what i had on hand. i also agree about cutting the butter ratio due to oiliness. it will not affect the overall flavor. i am going to use this recipe for a soup night dinner.""
