"I agree with one of the reviewers who said the sauce had too much lemon juice. The sauce was WAY too sour! And the spinach filling did not need ANYWHERE NEAR as much salt as the recipe calls for, so what I hoped to be a delicious gourmet meal for me and my husband was tainted by the saltiness of the dish. "I combined this recipe with the dressing for Ina's Mustard Chicken Salad and quite frankly did not think it had much flavor to it.
It's not bad but tastes a little "run of the mill" to me. I did let the salad sit in the fridge a few hours but if it sits too long the salad starts to "weep' and the dressing becomes watery."
