Reviewed Spicy Sweet Potato Pancakes with Holiday Guacamole
"I watched Rachael make these and then went to my kitchen and made the potato cakes to go with bacon, eggs, and toast for breakfast. Didn't make the guacamole. My husband and I loved these. The flavor is wonderful. Probably will never again make plain potato cakes! I didn't have any trouble with them staying together.
