"I followed this recipe rather closely, substituting Great Northern Beans for kidney beans (my wife doesn't like kidney beans.) I also browned pancetta with the onions. The result was a soup that is dominated by tomatoes. Next time I make this, I'll cut down on the amount of crushed tomatoes and add zucchini. The flavor of this soup improves after a day or two."
