"It's a draw in my house. My husband loved these potatoes. I thought they were just ok. I used russet potatoes because I had them on hand. I quartered the russets and cooked for a total time of 40 minutes. The potatoes were thoroughly cooked but not crispy. I was liberal with the olive oil. Maybe too much olive oil or maybe as another reviewer sugg"

Reviewed Baked Pollock

"Very good. I did use frozen fish but made sure it was well thawed and dried with a paper towel. I did brown it under the broiler for about 3 minutes which made a difference in presentation. Definitely a keeper."

"I give this 4 stars. I would give it 3 stars as I thought it was average. Hubby gives it 5 stars; he thought it was packed with flavor and a good dish for a cold rainy night. I thought the sauce a little too thin, but I did agree with hubby that it was very flavorful. Will probably keep recipe handy and cook it again. "
