I think the jury is still out on this one. I made the recipe exactly as written with on exception. I omitted the last 2 tsp salt at the end as I found the dressing plenty salty. Two more teaspoons of salt would have been way too salty. I will try it again. Have also made Ina's Tarragon Potatoe Salad which I would give the edge to for taste.

Oh my gosh, this was fabulous. Made it exactly as written. Definitely a keeper. Had leftovers next day. Just as good next day. Stayed moist. May have even been better on second day due to flavors really melding.

It's a draw in my house. My husband loved these potatoes. I thought they were just ok. I used russet potatoes because I had them on hand. I quartered the russets and cooked for a total time of 40 minutes. The potatoes were thoroughly cooked but not crispy. I was liberal with the olive oil. Very good. I did use frozen fish but made sure it was well thawed and dried with a paper towel. I did brown it under the broiler for about 3 minutes which made a difference in presentation. Definitely a keeper."

I give this 4 stars. I would give it 3 stars as I thought it was average. Hubby gives it 5 stars; he thought it was packed with flavor and a good dish for a cold rainy night. I thought the sauce a little too thin, but I did agree with hubby that it was very flavorful. Will probably keep recipe handy and cook it again. "
