Reviewed Marinated Seared Tuna

This is a great marinade for tuna. I only had an hour to let my tuna marinade and it was great...next time I will marinade it longer. I seared the tuna and served it over a nice mixed green salad with carrots, red bell pepper, and sunomono with a homemade soy ginger dressing for the salad. This recipe is a keeper.

If I could give this 10stars I would. What a great recipe. This was my first attempt at making peach cobbler, I followed the recipe exactly and it was awesome. Peach cobbler is my husbands favorite dessert and he kept saying this is the best I have ever had. We served ours warm with blue bell vanilla ice cream."
