Reviewed Creamed Spinach

"This was very good. Creamy, rich and slightly spicy. The only thing I didn't add were the fried onions as I don't care for them. I also added a handful of shredded cheese (mixed yellow and white cheddar cheese during the last five minutes of baking. The one mistake I made is not allowing the spinach to thaw so I could drain and squeeze the excess water out of it. My sauce was slightly runny and I think that's the reason why. Next time I will definitely make sure the spinach is dry before mixing it in with the sauce. We had this dish with rib eye steaks and corn on the cob. Yum!

Reviewed Smokin' Dave's Cafe's Fiery Cajun Shrimp Alfredo

"This was very good but WAY too salty for my taste. It was also a little too spicy for me and I like spicy foods. What's odd is I forgot to add the worcershire sauce and red pepper flakes, but thank God I did otherwise I wouldn't have been able to eat this. Next time I will cut down on the salt, black pepper and will not you all the essence seasoning. I feel it was WAY too much.

Reviewed Chopped Steak and Mushroom Onion Gravy

"I would give this dish a 10 if I could. It was so good the first night and even better the next day. I didn't have brandy so I used cooking sherry. I didn't have fresh thyme so I used dried. The texture and flavor was just right!
