Reviewed Creamed Spinach

This was very good. Creamy, rich and slightly spicy. The only thing I didn't add were the fried onions as I don't care for them. I also added a handful of shredded cheese (mixed yellow and white cheddar cheese during the last five minutes of baking. The one mistake I made is not allowing the spinach to thaw so I could drain and squeeze the excess...

This was very good but WAY too salty for my taste. It was also a little too spicy for me and I like spicy foods. What's odd is I forgot to add the worcershire sauce and red pepper flakes, but thank God I did otherwise I wouldn't have been able to eat this. Next time I will cut down on the salt, black pepper and will not you all the essence seasoning....

I would give this dish a 10 if I could. It was so good the first night and even better the next day. I didn't have brandy so I used cooking sherry. I didn't have fresh thyme so I used dried. The texture and flavor was just right!
