The texture of the brownie is spot on with the gooey consistency, the taste however is lacking. I wish I had read the negative reviews first that complained of them not having enough of a chocolate taste. I have now made these twice. Once with Hershey's Cocoa and once with a gourmet cocoa powder, both times the chocolate taste was lacking. I ...

This is an EXCELLENT recipe! I have used this recipe (which comes on the back of the bulk pecans I buy at Sam's) at Holidays and everyone loves them! They go fast so definitely make 2 batches!!!"

This is FABULOUS. Not only is it super simple, it is possibly the most DELICIOUS chicken recipe I have found on all recipes. I made this for dinner tonight and served it over pasta. It was phenomenal! I cut the chicken into chunks prior to cooking in the butter. Everyone licked their plate clean!"

I desperately WANTED to like this frosting, but unfortunately myself and my family did not like it at all. I followed the recipe exactly and to be blu...

Reviewed Chocolate Cupcakes with Ganache and Marshmallow Frosting

Sep 15, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on

I made this recipe exactly as is, the cupcakes, ganache, and frosting. One thing to mention is that I did have to bake the cupcakes for about 17 minutes. Also, I found dipping the cupcakes into the gannache was much easier than trying to frost with it. Now, I personally was not a big fan of the cupcake overall. The marshmallow frosting was WA...
