Some of my favorite pastimes are: vegetarian cooking, photography, mixed media art, organic gardening, reading, collecting homesteading tips, computer, camping, hiking, mountain biking (slowly, lol), documentaries, silent and foreign films. I am studying to become an ND, so I am very much into healthy living. I am a photographer and artist. Its nice to be here.
Favorite Foods
All good food. I love to experiment and try to adapt meat-containing recipes into vegetarian versions. I love to bake breads, quick breads, muffins, pies, I cannot make a cookie or cake..i fail every time. I also love to make soups, stews, and international foods. During the winter it is comfort food cassarole time.
