“This recipe is so easy to make. There are no ingredients out of the ordinary here. I didn't use the breasts.....I just used 6 thighs ( it fit in my pan easier and also has awesome flavor). The only recommendation I would make is to add a little cornstarch/water the last 5 minutes to thicken up the sauce a bit. Another hit from Giada:-)”

“This is outstanding!! The mushroom gravy is easy to make...followed the directions as written, and it came out just right.
Of note, I found that I needed a 3rd filet (for a total of 1 1/2 lbs of beef) to feed 4 people. It also took longer than 10 minutes---probably closer to 20 minutes, to cook. Keep an eye on it with an instant read...”
