"I made this pie today and just finished eating some. It is deeeelish! I used fresh pumpkin that I pureed and the grade b maple syrup. It was a bit expensive to get the grade b, but very worth it. The texture of the pumpkin custard is silky and light, even though there's so much heavy cream in it. It is a delicious high-quality pie.
