Reviewed Cajun Shrimp and Rice

This was great with a few alterations. I cook for myself a bit, so I cut the shrimp and rice in half (also used brown rice, and cooked it in chicken broth). Kept the butter, oil, spices, and veggies the same (added an extra teaspoon of Emeril's Essence) and instead of water, used 1/2 cup of chicken stock. This had a great kick, but next time I'll "
