Reviewed The Oatiest Oatmeal Cookies Ever

I decreased the sugar to between 5 - 5.5 oz of light brown sugar (didn't have dark brown) and closer to 2 3/4 oz of granulated sugar (150g and 80g respectively). The cookies turned out really well - no puddle on my baking sheet and I didn't refrigerate the dough or anything - but they are still very sweet. Next time I'll use even less sugar.
