My Activity

Reviewed Sloppy Bombay Joes

"I just finished making this and it's simmering in a pot on the stove. I cannot tell you how amazing my house smells! Each step adds a layer of flavor. I doubled the recipe and added extra garam masala and cumin. Also a pinch of salt with every step and substituted honey with a little extra raw sugar because I just ran out! I will be coming back to this time and time again. I'll be serving it tonight for a dinner party with Naan so that guests can decide whether to eat it like a chili or like a sandwich. It would hold up either way! Would also be amazing paired with basmati rice. This is definitely a keeper!! "
