Very good! Sauteed the onions, garlic, chile, and ginger first. Also used chicken broth instead of water. I was amazed how the addition of honey really made it, don't leave it out!""

Very good except I omitted the balsamic. This was my first time using sumac and I knew it was tangy so I was afraid to add the vinegar. Still delicious...served it with a chickpea couscous recipe I found. Looking forward to trying it on the grill."
